XMedia Recode supports Intel Quick Sync encode and decode.
Intel Skylake CPU or later with Intel HD or Arc graphics
To use Intel Quick Sync, the integrated Intel graphics (iGPU) must be enabled in the BIOS and the Intel graphics driver for Intel HD graphics cards must be updated to the latest version.
On the "Video" tab you can specify which video codec is used. Depending on the file format, various video codecs are available, including hardware encoders such as "MPEG-4 AVC / H264 (Intel Quick Sync)".
